European Union Chamber of Commerce in Canada

The European Union Chamber of Commerce in Canada (EUCCAN) is a non-profit organisation serving as a key resource and main point of contact for EU businesses in Canada and for EU businesses seeking to enter the Canadian market as well as Canadian companies interested inEuropean markets. The organisation aims to promote trade and investment between theEuropean Union and Canada through advocacy, information, and representation: identifying challenges and opportunities of doing business in Canada, addressing common affairs and voicing business interests and recommendations to the EU and Canadian governments, facilitating industry committees, conducting surveys, publishing position papers, providing practical business guides, organising business seminars and networking events Canada-wide and online, offering members enhanced visibility, facilitating access and introductions to decision-makers, and brokering introductions to key stakeholders.

EUCCAN was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada. The organisation is composed of European bilateral Chambers of Commerce and Business Associations in Canada representing multinationals and SMEs, and corporate members.

EUCCAN's activities include organising events, workshops, and seminars that provide information and insights into the EU-Canada trade relationship, as well as advocacy around key trade irritants.
